SHIPPING POLICY

We offer 6.00 on your first order with a maximum of $10 for 5 items or higher

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 48 hours from the time you receive your Package / Item(s) to send us an email at mwoodside@inkysdesign.com  letting us know what is wrong with the item(s) as well as photos of the item(s).  We will need to approve the return first and will send you the return shipping address where you need to send it. You will also need to send us a picture of the Receipt from the Postal Office showing the Tracking Number of your return.  We will then inspect the item(s) upon arrival and will decide if a Shop Credit or Exchange is needed. Returned item(s) can not have any signs of wear & tear, perfumes, smoke nor washed / detergent. Please make sure to include a detailed note with your return package as to why you are returning as well as the Order Number(s). If you wish to return an item that is not damaged, you will get charged a 25% Restocking Fee and a Shop Credit will be applied. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS.
